Leah believes the world can change.  She is the founder of Ayeish and has led pilot programs in Istanbul with Syrian opposition leaders, and with Afghan and Congolese peace and democracy advocates. Ms. Wolfthal has also contributed empathy-based strategy to the Texas network of food banks on federally-funded SNAP program, and previously worked for other non-profits and public agencies, such as the University of Houston Office of Sustainability. She has been a part of a range of political campaigns and elected officials’ offices, and has facilitated dialogue for Soliya and Harris County courts. In addition to extensive training with colleagues at Mediate Your Life, she is certified by the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center.

Leah is multilingual and has a B.S. from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service as well as a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Houston.
